One By One is a no-kill, all volunteer, 501(c)(3) non-profit cat rescue.
Our Mission
One By One is dedicated to helping abandoned, stray, rescued, and injured cats, by providing quality shelter and foster care through voluntary efforts, for their lifetime, if necessary.
One By One will place the cat’s health, happiness, and well being above all else while working toward the ultimate goal of finding the best match for the cat and the adopting family through careful screening and discussion.
Please Note:
One By One is currently closed to intakes (with the exception of previously adopted cats). On September 18, 24 cats were left in 8 boxes at our door.
The morning was very cold and the boxes were taped shut. The cats have all been vetted, but need lots of medical attention and homes! Read more about them here. Please help!

PLEASE GIVE - the kitties of One By One will thank you.
Please remember, per our adoption contract, if you need to return a kitty you adopted from us, for
any reason, we ALWAYS take our own kitties back.
